Summer Ultimate in WBL

There will be pick-up ultimate throughout the summer at Bossard Park on Saturdays at noon. Anyone who would like to play is welcome to show up!

Youth Summer Club

New this year, WBL Ultimate will be holding a summer Ultimate club geared specifically for students in middle school or just entering high school. The club will be instructional and fun, teaching the younger players the basics of the game of ultimate, including throwing technique, gameplay, and Spirit of the Game.

The club will meet Tuesday nights from 6:00p to 8:00p from June 19th through July 31st (no club July 3rd) at Bossard Park. The cost is $35, and checks can be made to White Bear Lake Ultimate. The cost will include a WBL Ultimate hat and custom disc. Money and registration forms are due by June 19th and can be turned in to Room 105B at Sunrise Park Middle School, or mailed to:

Summer Ultimate in White Bear Lake

Open to any who would like to come, there will be pick-up games starting up in a week or so and running through the end of the summer. Location will probably be Bossard, and probably on Saturdays. More precise details to come, stay tuned.

MNHS Summer League

For those players interested, MNHS Ultimate will once again be having a summer league, open to all players. The league meets on Saturdays from 9:30am to noon and on Mondays from 4:00p to 6:00p at  Bossen Field Park, 28th Avenue S, Minneapolis, MN.


The cost is $15 per player, and the money can be turned in when you show up (please have either exact change or a check written to MNHSUL). Participants will also need to provide their USAU membership number. The first day is Saturday, June 9th.

Banquet Location Change

The location for the end-of-the-year banquet has changed. Instead of Bossard Park, the banquet will be held at South Campus, Room 210.

The date and time remain unchanged: June 5th, 6:00p - 8:00p.

STATE!

The State Tournament is here! The culmination of the entire Ultimate season, this 2-day tournament is this weekend, June 2nd and 3rd, at the National Sports Center in Blaine. The address is 1705 105th Ave NE. We hope to see all of you there, players, family, and friends.
